Pravin A (Founder & Chairman)
Pravin is the Executive Chairman of GMK Technologies, a global business process outsourcing services organization.
With over 3 years dedicated to the organization, Pravin has been the leader in charge, responsible for turning GMK Technologies from a 10-member company to its current 250 people strong organization.
As the Executive Chairman, Pravin is responsible for the oversight of the company’s operations, formulating and executing long-term strategies, steering mergers & acquisitions, driving expansion into new geographies, guiding investments in cutting edge technology & building world class systems , and managing client & investor relationships,
Prior to this, Pravin served as the Chief Executive Officer of GMK Technologies, where he led innovative strategies that contributed to GMK Technologies successes, business growth, industrywide brand recognition, long standing client partnerships and successful global operating model deployment.
In his 20-year career, he has served as GMK Technologies CEO from 2015-2016, before which he was associated with Indian Army, The Indian Army Medical Corps is a specialist corps in the Indian Army which provides medical services to all Army personnel.
Vasudha (Director)
Vasudha oversees GMK Technologies’ Shared Services offerings across all industry verticals – Finance & Accounting, Sourcing Procurement, Spend Management & Human Resource and partnering clients in driving their outsourcing initiatives and technology adaptation.img-responsive
Vasudha’s brainchild, ‘PRO’ – Process Reengineering & Optimization, unleashes the potential of process consolidation and centralization by reimagining and redesigning our clients’ operating models end-to-end, including the middle and back offices. Vasudha has also spearheaded the initiative of developing GMK Technologies’ in-house platform based workflow solution for making business processes more linear, effective and clutter free with better process control.
Vasudha brings new energy to the firm with 10+ years of rich experience spanning across manufacturing, FMCG and the media /publishing domain with expertise in finance transformation, working capital management & treasury, forecasting and business analysis.
Prior to joining GMK Technologies, Vasudha was the global leader with 3 global services managing multiple engagements. She is also a certified Six Sigma professional.
Sanjay Gaikwad (Director - Admin and IT)
Sanjay maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. He also provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices. Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
